depends where you get it but it can be really good!
I think they are reat specially with pita bread, fresh mint leaves and Greek yogurt for the sauce.

I had it for the first time in Germany--they put it in a pita with chopped up lettuce, tomatoe, pickled beets, onion, and yogurt sauce--it was pretty good!
Love it wouldn't live without it. Especially all of the salads that come with it, fresh and crispy, coleslaw and tahini, red onion, all of it. Yummy!

falafel is good. This traditional Israely dish is all brown chick pea, a good source of protien. It tastes like Israel, because it's from there!!!
Weird combination of ground chickpeas and spices that works.Very tasty when formed into balls or patties and fried.Delicious as a sandwich.
