adore it ,,, but its a weird one... my hubby hates it but was never given it as a child as his mom hates it too...I give it to my kids they love it too.

The best is with new bread, thick butter and equally thick marmite. Eat, enjoy then kiss my husband who loathes the stuff, watch him run to wash it off.

I love it, but it has to be on white bread, never brown! I like brown bread of course, but marmite just doesn't go with it!

I don't like it, i prefer peanut butter, but like you i love sauce sandwiches - brown or red. You can't beat toast with butter and brown sauce, really nice when the butter melts :-)

I prefer Vegemite over Marmite. But quite honestly, I'm not sure it I like either one! Though I do eat it on toast fairly regularly.
I'm with you. I absolutely love marmite on toast but not with melted butter as the toast has to be cool before spreading butter on then adding lots of marmite. Mmmm. I also love my tomato ketchup and have it on most things too.
I can understand the " yummy" part as it is mostly the butter your tasting. From the way your talking you have been "Brainwashed" into liking it.

Vegemite all the way!! Marmite is better than nothing but I dunno... tastes a bit weird after growing up on Vegemite.
