water and powdered sugar

2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 egg(beaten)
2/3 c sugar
1/4 butter
1 1/3 c. flaked coconut

- cook first 4 ingredients in a sauce pan for about 6 or 7 minutes over medium. turn off heat and stir in coconut and pecans. cool completely before frosting cake. Good Luck!
