i was wondering how much steak i eat for dinner in ounces, i ate a steak about 3 inches long and 1 inch thick, how many ounces do you think this is?


Answers:
a 1/4 pound of hamburger weighes 4 oz
everyone should only eat a portion size the size of the palm of your hand 1/2 an inch thick
Look on the package it came in?
Weigh it before you eat it.
