What is the one food you could survive the longest on?

just wondered what food has the most nutrients that would sustain life for the longest time. I've heard avacados or coconuts are good?


Answers:
Fruits. All of them basically contain the all the different nutrients your body needs. They just do not contain enough. So you can eat one fruit type of fruit, but you will have to eat about 15 to 20 a day, depending on the size of the fruit.

Bread

milk--you get nutrients--protein and fluids from it.

I dunno, but fruit smoothies with a bit of protein powder is doing the trick for me right now.

Power bars or anything that has nuts

liver

kiwis for sure.

I would have to say bell peppers. They have tons of vitamins in them. BUt if you are wanting to survive more than a week I would get more food!

Strawberries

coconuts because of the water and the fruit part you can also make tools from them

Beer 24/7

pizza and pasta

anything with lots of protien, trail mix, peanutes, peanut butter, and actually gatoraide or poweraide contain energy suppliments.
