What can i make ?
We have recently just recieved a smoker as a present. what are some things i can make?
Answers:
You can smoke just about anything. Do a web search for rubs and estimated cooking times.
Ribs are my favorite but you can get some cheap ol' chicken and it tastes like a million bucks. I also just wrap baking potatoes, corn, etc. in foil and put it into the smoker for the last couple of hours of cooking time. Voila...an entire meal and no clean up.
