you will just have to move it to the front of the fridge and wait it out.

Let it sit in the refrigerator until defrosted.
if your in a rush, put it in your sink and run the hot water over it for a while, then stick it in the fridge and youll be good. otherwise, just stick it in the fridge
well hope fully you didnt actually put it in the freezer! sometimes mine gets a little frozen if it is in the bak of th e fridge., just put it in the front of the fridge and hope that works! if you can pour it, just pour it in a cup and wait a few minutes till you actually need to use it! good lucvk!
