How to balance shrinking fat cells while weight lifting?!

Question:

How to balance shrinking fat cells while weight lifting?

I have been weight lifting..I feel like I am getting thick and of course my weight on the scale has gone up because of muscles weigh more than fat. But. I feel like my fat is being pushed out on top of my muscles making me look bigger. I bike 10 miles a days as well but I don't seem to be going down in pant size or scale weight. How do I balance loosing the fat because I feel like I am getting fatter..I'm toned underneath but not dropping the weight..does this make sense to anyone...I eat very healthy everyday....Suggestion and Serious Answers only please..

Answers:
Do you stretch after each work-out? For women muscles shouldn't bulge like as you explain because we only have about 1/3 the testosterone as men. It takes A LOT of time for results to come it depends on how long you've stayed on the program. Also if you eat a little more than the amount of calories you burn then maybe nothing has changed. You want to check on the exercise you do and how much calories that particular exercise helps burn fat and everything. Those are some possibilities or maybe genetics that's making it hard to loose weight. Metabolism can play a part you may want to check with a doctor or something.
