What happened to Canadian Bacon??!

Question:

What happened to Canadian Bacon??

Maybe it's just because Canadian Bacon was the only type of pizza I like, but it totally disappeared!! It's now called Ham...yes, it was always ham, but still...did something happen to make them stop calling it Canadian Bacon?

Answers:
Or, Americans probably decided they didn't like calling it bacon because they thought they were going to get actual bacon, and to avoid all the confusion and re-explaining that it's ham with a different name, they changed it to just ham.

My guess at least.

Canadians probably got offended by it and it had to be called ham to be politically correct

Don't know why it was changed unless it was price, Canadian Bacon is a specific cut of pork, the pork loin, and is very expensive, so they may be using lesser cuts of ham to cut costs, but it's still Canadian Bacon when you buy the real thing at the grocery store, but I do believe it is an American name and not used by Canadians to refer to it.

i think they still put it on Mc Muffins.
i'm not kidding... bluuuh.
i do like it on pizza, also.

he went over the border and they wouldn't let him

back in the states . he was last seen in a cover band

Canadian Bacon is not ham. My local pizza places still have Canadian Bacon on the menu. They also have ham.
