Why is milk bad?!

Question:

Why is milk bad?

people have been drinking it forever

Answers:
no one really knows, it's probably just trying to rebel and its "bad" phase will pass. It hangs out with a rough crowd sometimes but its not really doing anything wrong except that one time i had to pick it up from the police station a 3 am

It goes bad if it's not kept cold

Lack of parental guidance IMO

Only some people have been drinking it forever. Mainly it is of Northern European origin, so people of such decent have little to no intolerance. In other parts of the world that is not the case, so milk was not commonly consumed.

http://digestive.niddk.nih.gov/ddiseases...

"Between 30 and 50 million Americans are lactose intolerant and certain ethnic and racial populations are more affected than others. Up to 80 percent of African Americans, 80 to 100 percent of American Indians, and 90 to 100 percent of Asian Americans are lactose intolerant. The condition is least common among people of northern European descent."

something to do with mucous production... some people claim it causes congestion.
and also, animal cruelty and all...

Milk is not bad for anyone, unless they are lactose intolerant. A glass of cold milk and a peanut butter & jelly sandwich sometimes is better than a 4 course meal.

one-if it is not fat-free or 1%, it contains a bit of fat. two-lactose is a type of sugar=carbs. but besides that, it is a great source of calcium and vitamin a and d so drink the lower fat versions of milk instead of whole milk and don't worry about it

It is bad in large quantities due to the hormones pumped into the cows.
