What is the best way to slice a lemon?!

Question:

What is the best way to slice a lemon?

Answers:
Totally depends upon what you're using it for. If it's just a plate garnish, cut in thin rings (across the lemon), slice 1/2way across the ring, and twist. For a drink garnish, such as iced tea, cut the lemon lengthwise, then into wedges (it's easier to squeeze into the drink that way). If what you want is to extract the juice, roll the whole fruit on your counter, applying a little pressure with your hand. This breaks some of the membranes and makes the juice easier to extract. Cut in 1/2 crosswise, squeeze, and then insert reamer or fork and twist to extract remaining juice.

With a knife probably.

in the middle

The best way is to slice the lemon in round disks.
Start from the beginning of the lemon and slice it thin.
Not too thin though!

Use a knife...
to slide the lemon with the way you think the best...

What are going to use the lemon for? To juice then cut in half. If you are sering fish and want to give everyone a piece of lemon the cut in to wedges. If for cocktails then slices (wheels).
