we have got wild garlic growing in abundance and would like to know some good recipes with it included.

First, be certain, beyond a shadow of a doubt that it IS wild garlic. You can find out from your states agricultural extensions, (city hall would have the number), Garlic is one of God's natural remedies for just about every illness there is. If you take a clove every day, your cholesteral will go down and your heart will love you! lol...
I make an energy juice using fresh veggies and garlic: just put it in your blender and puret DO NOT STRAIN! You may have to divide the stuff to blend it all...
Put about 1 glass of water into blender, then add, blending after each addition:
6 large carrots
1/4 bell (green) pepper (not seeds)
1 cucumber
4 stalks celery
1 tablespoon parsley
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon sage
1/4 teaspoon cyanne (red pepper)
Spicy and delicious! Add more water if necessary to taste. Enjoy!
you could make some garlic confit. just take as many cloves as you'd like and put them in a pot, and make sure they're covered by about an inch of oil (canola). very, very slowly bring them up to a simmer. Over the period of about half an hour, then, once the oil starts to simmer, take them off the heat, and let cool. store in the fridge. you then have garlic confit, and garlic oil. very delicious. this will store in the fridge for up to a month.
Are these 'Ramps' = wild garlic ? Broad green leafs? They are Great By themself cooked in butter,wrapped in foil or syran rap in the microwave..21/2 mins. in mine.The leaves are also edible! You can dehydrate/Air dry and put up and used later to cook Anything calling for Garlic~Share w/family & friends though....or your breath will run those close to you...Away~ ~
