After i frost the brownies....?
can i put coconut flakes on top of the brownies, and if i do how much should i cover everything with them or just parts?

yes and do it while the frosting is still wet so the coconut will stick
Just sprinkle it on top.
I don't like coconut so I wouldn't but you could mix some in with the frosting or I would just lightly cover it.
I would sprinkle as many as you want...they sound good!!
