aaaaaaaaaaah the mellow mushroom. mmmm, i drool.
anyway: the menus are online, so the best thing to do is start with a good crust (try going to a nice bakery and buying the dough). roll it out, top LIGHTLY with a home-made marinara, blended smooth (i add a teaspoon of sugar and a tablespoon of dried basil, fresh cracked pepper and crushed chili flakes to mine to jazz it up), buy FRESH mozzarella cheese (not the pre-packaged) from your local Italian market or publix deli and top according to your favorite pie.
