Wot cums 1st,the egg or the chicken?!

Question:

Wot cums 1st,the egg or the chicken?

Answers:
Biblically speaking, it wasn't until after the first chicken in the Garden of Eden ate from the Worm of Knowledge that chickens fell from grace and began to reproduce. Eggs were said to be their punishment from God for their sins. Therefore, the chicken came first.

Or, if you believe in all that Darwin hooey, there were egg producing fish, reptiles and insects long before chickens evolved. This would lead one to believe that the egg came first. But personally, I'm going with the biblical interpretation. That argument is more logically consistent 8)

chicken (i think)

The chicken. The chicken evolved from an animal that did not lay eggs therefore the chicken had to evolve then lay an egg.

In your question, the egg did.

the chicken

YOU CAN'T SPELL!!!!!

It's --- "What comes first".......Master english first before you try to tackel creationist theory.

easy the chicken came first no actually the egg no the chicken yep def the chicken or was it the egg? it was, so its the egg after all no the chicken of course it must be the chicken unless its the egg

The Egg came first -

Put simply, the reason is down to the fact that genetic material does not change during an animal's life. Therefore the first bird that evolved into what we would call a chicken, probably in prehistoric times, must have first existed as an embryo inside an egg.

You can look at the evolution of it this way - The Chicken is just the Eggs way of making another Chicken.

(By the way this has been investigated by several top professors and all agree the same answer)

The chicken!!! You, chicken head!!!! Ha, Ha!!!!

What has this got to do with vegetarianism and how come you can't spell?

It's simple. Think about evolution. Simplistically, a chicken has to come from an egg, an egg doesn't have to come from a chicken.

I dunno. DO chickens c*m? I'm pretty sure eggs don't....

That depends what more of a chicken: Something that lays chicken eggs (chicken) or something that comes out of a chicken egg (egg).

Not sure eggs can ***. Haha, sorry!

neither should be eaten
egg=chickens baby
chicken=grown up chick

why is this here?

the egg because before there were chickens there were dinosaurs and dinosaurs laid eggs.

WHO CARES!!! pasta i guess

i think the egg

Depends if you follow creationism or evolutionary theory. Creationism says chicken, plain and simple. It's wrong, of course.

According to evolution, it would actually be the egg, as something that was not quite a chicken would lay an egg containing an evolved chicken...

The egg. The egg would have had time to mutate and evolve during the time it grew inside the shell, but the animal hatched from it would not be able to evolve at all.
And please, spell things correctly. You aren't a two-year-old. Don't lower yourself to one.

The chicken is the egg's way of getting more eggs!

the rooster!

well if the egg came firts the chickhen would of had to lay it but if they chicken came first there would ave to be another chicken to of had that chicken errrrr i dunno both
