Freezing stuffed shells?!

Question:

Freezing stuffed shells?

do I freeze before or after baking them?

Answers:
You can bake them about 1/2 way. Allow to cool completely before freezing. When you are aready to eat them, defrost completely in the refrigerator. You can then finish baking them for the remaining time. They can also be completely cooked & frozen but I find they come out watery this way.

Before thats about as simple an answer as I can give. I make stuffed shells and freeze before I bake them.

noodles have to be cooked.. but the insides dont have to be.. remember IC..... i put mine in a ziplock bag on a cack pan until frozen that way they dont get mashed and when frozen i take the bag outta cake pan and put back in freezer..
