Homemade rice Krispie's treat.?!

Question:

Homemade rice Krispie's treat.?

does anyone know how to make realy good homemade rice krispies treats.

Answers:
The recipe is on the box, and not only do I add vanilla, I use real butter and the most important thing is to add extra marshmallows. Most recipes only coat the krispies, but I think having some extra marshmallow makes them extra chewy and flavorful.

the recipe is not on the cereal box anymore? i don't remem exactly, but you melt butter, then melt marshmallows, take off heat, and mix in the cereal. spread onto a baking sheet and let it cool.

Follow the directions on the rice krispies box,but add one teaspoon of vanilla to melted marshmallows. They are REALLY good!

After you melt the butter and marshmallow....and add the cereal, add some more "unmelted" marshmallows. They keep the bars nice and chewy.

1 1/4 cups butterscotch chips

Bring Karo syrup and sugar to a boil.
Add peanut butter and vanilla and stir.
Add cereal and stir well.
Pour into 9 X 13 greased pan and smooth out.
Melt both flavors of chips and frost top.
Slice and enjoy!

I like to do 1/2 regular rice krispies and 1/2 Coco Krispies. Adding chocolate or peanut butter is yummy too.

melt a bag of marshmellows with about 1/2 cup of butter, add 1 Tablespoon of vanilla exract
use about 10 cups of rice crispey cereals
melt some chocolate chips, and poour them into a cassarole dish, when rice crispey mixture is all together, pour it over the chocolate in the dish. let cool

the recipe is on the cereal box, and i just add extra marshmallows
