You have to make a still. Try google for that.
You don't, it's illegal. If you were set on it, you could buy the 'Alaskan Bootleggers Bible'. Try not to blow yourself up before you get arrested.
Whiskey is distilled. You start with fermented grain mash and then use a still to get the alcohol. Then that has to be aged, etc, etc.
It is not a simple process.
although i know many hillbillies that make moonshine, its not exactly an easy process. you don't just brew it and whamo, you have whiskey. you have to build a distillery of sorts.
