Is foodTv disgusting & a turnoff to food?
I'm sick of every cook thinking raw food is perfect...my dog didnt want raw(rare) food. an animal in the wild has no choice & yeah some people like to eat raw, but dont push it as the entire population want it that way so show a variety of ways.
Again garlic doesn't go with everything & because you're not a hog eating everything put on a plate dont say someone is weird and picky.

I like the food network but I pick and choose what I watch. I do agree that raw food is not for me and I just don't watch if that is the topic. Sweets are my thing and I love watching shows on that!! There are a lot of things I don't like to eat. If that makes me picky, so be it. I pay for my own food and fix it the way I want it. I don't force others to eat what I like and don't want to be forced to eat what they want as long as I have a choice. Of course I still try most things and then form an opinion.
If they are cooking and serving something I won't want to eat or serve to my dog I change the channel.
I'm not with you, I love the Food Network. I very rarely turn it on and they are advertising raw meat. What shows are you watching?
i love the food network. it hasn't taken away from my appreciation and love of food. i noticed a lot of them like their meat rare which is gross to me also. i don't feel they push it. they just stress how much they enjoy it. i do love garlic though and put it in just about everything.
