Do you know of any snacks that are good and healthy at the same time? They can be either food or drink. Thanks!


Answers:
DELICIOUS HEALTHY SMOOTHIE

2-3 cups of plain/lowfat vanilla yogurt
13-15 frozen strawberries
8-10 frozen peach slices
2-3 bananas
1 cup of ice (optional)
one scoop of vanilla ice cream (optional)

Put all ingredients except the yogurt in the blender. Blend on medium-high until all frozen fruits are finely chopped. Blend in yogurt. ENJOY!
Note: You can put any leftovers in a plasic container and freeze it for a treat later.

A HEALTHY SNACK

1 c. chunky peanut butter
2/3 c. honey
1/2 c. powdered milk
16 graham crackers, crushed fine or 1 1/4 cups crumbs

Combine peanut butter, honey, and dry milk, stir until blended well. Add cracker crumbs, stir well. Grease hands, roll mixture into ping-pong size balls or smaller if desired. Then roll in either shredded coconut or wheat germ. Best if kept refrigerated.

I like nuts, and seeds.
Right now, I'm eating Pumpkin Seeds (David's is the brand)
They are delicious, as well as healthy.

Peanut Butter banana Snadwiches Are so goor and if you eat just half it is a Great pick me up in the middle of the morening or afternoon!!

I love tinned fruit but you have to make sure its in juice not syrup which is full of sugar, with greek yougart and a little honey

Blue Bell Ice Cream.

I like eating celery and peanut butter. The protein helps too. It's better than just eating plain celery.
