Make some chicken soup

Bone it and chop it up. Put it in a bowl, you'll need at least 1 cup of meat, if you have more than that, great. Add 1 pound bag or frozen/thawed vegetables, like mixed veggies or peas and carrots. Add 2 cans of cream of chicken soup, Mix all together and put into a baking pan, (brownie pan or casserole glass pan works great) Take Bisquick or baking mix equivelent, 1 cup of it, i cup of milk and one egg. Mix well in a seperate bowl, when well blended, pout batter over meat mixture, and bake at 350 degrees for approximate 30 minutes or until crust is a light golden brown. Cool and cut, enjoy. This is really good and you can use either left-over chicken, turkey, or even ham to make this. Makes a generous amount for a meal. (you can double the crust recipe too if you want more bisquit on top) We love this around here. Serve with a baked potatoe with sour cream on the side. Let me know if you like this. Easy to make, makes a filling meal. (you can also make chicken gravy instead of he cream of chicken soup to if you'd rather that, I like the ceam of chicken better though, but if you ant the gravy, you'll need about 2 1/2 cups of it) Hope you like this, enjoy.
