Answers:
Very nice. Another nice touch with any leafy green veggie is just a hint of nutmeg. It provides a flavor that enhances the flavor of spinach and other greens.

It sounds great - and very versatile - you could use any veggies you like in it - bet it would rock with zuchinni!

Keep being fearless - food is all about fun.

SOUNDS GOOD!

SOUNDS OK BUT BLAND JUST SALT AND PEPPER WOULDN'T CUT IT WITH PASTA AND SPINACH

I think it needs garlic, onion and maybe some chilli. Don't use maceroni use fettecini.

I think this recipe sounds great. I bet it taste great. Try it someday. It might become a famous plate.

sounds good! ill try it thx!

Sounds good with a few personal touches... thanks.

I would add sauteed onions, mushrooms and bell peppers.

Just add to your recipe and it sounds great!!!!!!!

It sounds great to me! But you do need garlic in there somewhere. And instead of macaroni, maybe orzo? I'd still eat it in a heartbeat!

I have actually made this recipe with bow tie pasta and one difference. I put the cooked pasta in a bowl, added cubed, sauteed chicken breast mixed with fresh spinach and chopped Roma tomatoes and drizzled hot Alfredo sauce over the top. Grate the Parmesan and grind the pepper and you are good to go.

I make the same pasta but I also add some salsa to it. It tastes really good that way.
