Alright....What do you call the ends of the loaf of bread?

Crust in England.

It is the heel.

Heel in English. In Spanish "culo" or butt - this used normally for a baguette. The crust is the bread's "envelope" so it cannot be a the end of the bread.

It's called the heel here in Michigan. I know it's called different things in different regions.

"Crust" would be any of the outside, not just the ends.

"Heel" is the term most commonly used.

The Butt. and most people I know don't eat it. Not sure why, I do.
