I'm a proud cheese freak! You get white and yellow and blue cheese, diced, sliced or grated, cheese spreads, cheese dips, cheese curls.... you get the picture?? Please tell me about your adventures with cheese.

I put cheese on everything, can't eat a sandwich without extra cheese, I think it is a sin to not have cheese on a sandwich.
Love it in salads and even put shredded cheese on my mashed potatoes, eggs and eat it w/ crackers all the time as a snack.
On my grill cheese sandwiches I use at least 3 pieces and usually a couple of different kinds.
Love cheese enchiladas w/ extra cheese.
If I look in the fridge and there is not cheese, I FREAK OUT!!!!!

I had cheese this morning, land O lakes...I personally LOVE Kraft grated parmesan cheese...nummy nummy, especially in tortillini soup
Gotta Love that Cheese* Mmmmmmmmmmm all kinds* Mozzerrella, parmesean, cheddar, etc...with crackers, or cheese and fruit platter, definately cheese spreads and dips, grated cheese over roasted potatoes , mixed in an omelette, in salads(diced in cubes), fondues with different cheeses mmmm, hot gooey melted cheese*, grilled cheese sandwiches, grated over hot pasta dishes, in lasgna or manacotti, some put cheese with apple pie, mixed into casseroles, mozzerella cheese sticks, harvarti or swiss cheese on a nice fresh bun with tomatoe, lettuce , ham.,on pizzas, I change up my cheese all the time for something new and exciting, in fajitas or wraps with veggies..,melted cheddar over brocolli /cauliflower.,over eggplant/tomatoe and cheese dish.....

I'm often in Italy and am always in cheese heaven when there. Asiago, Gorgonzola, Parmesan, buffalo mozzarella, taleggio, quartirolo (from the Milan area), pecorino..... What other country can you find such good cheese???!!!

I am Italian and every dish i make must have cheese now i know Feta cheese is not Italian it is Greek but i will eat that alone it is a great snack food lol. But i don't really enjoy cheese spreads though but my favorite cheese is Asagio. American's pronounce it asiago but Italians pronounce it asago with a long a. I hope you learned the truth about Asagio cheese.
Right there with you. I love cheese, especially when I make macaroni and cheese. I double and sometimes triple the amount of cheese I add to the macaroni. I will slice cheese with crackers a lot too.
