What can i take for my nightshift bait that is healthy appart from sandwiches?!

What can i take for my nightshift bait that is healthy appart from sandwiches?

i will try anything


Answers:
If it's a nightshift then im assuming you will need something to keep you alert and awake, what about a pasta dish with maybe a few banana's for snacks.

I love tuna, mayo, sweetcorn and onions mixed with pasta.

I take a bowl full of cut up fresh fruit. I also will take a salad now & then.

Fruit but interesting fruits strawberries,dragonfruit, mango,kiwi fruit,sharon fruit,lychees to name a few.

Nuts all kinds of nuts mixed bag of nuts.
Salad home made of course
Cheese and biscuits
Small container of seaweed, or sushi yummy

Oh there a thousands of options take what you enjoy and ditch the sandwiches.
a tub of your favourite ice cream (not healthy but nice)
