Theme Ideas for my Husbands 21st birthday?

My huband is turning 21, I am renting a huge suite here in Reno/lake Tahoe. I need Ideas on what theme I should go with. I plan to send invitations soon and need a theme. Arg.

Detailed ideas would be awesome.

Lake Tahoe is really nice. How about a casino theme. Use casino chips, cards, etc.. Good Luck and have fun at the party.
