Can I cook already made ground beef patties on the stove top instead of the grill? ( its raining and this is the only thing that isn't frozen.

Yes, this certainly can be done. Cook them on about med/high heat. It would work best if you have a griddle type pan with ridges in the bottom. That would keep the meat from sitting in it's fat/juices.
When I use this method of cooking hamburger patties, I make sure I put the cooked meat on a plate with paper towels since they do seem to be more greasier!

Absolutely. If you don't have a grill pan, brown them in a skillet. you can add onions and mushrooms for a great side dish.

yes u can, u can cook them either in hot griddle pan or with a little olive oil in a shallow frying pan. I'll cook them without oil in a hot frying pan because beef has some fat anyway. serve them with fried tomatoes.
of course you can. What ever you put on the grill you can put on the stove.
I would suggest you put them on a rack in a roasting pan and put them under the grill in the oven. That way all of the fat will drip out them, which is far healthier.
