I love soda but I don't drink coffee or tea, so I'm looking at similar alternatives. I would consider testing a few drink combinations with lower calories or mixing something healthier in with it. If you're not that worried about calories then some regular colas, lemon-lime, and ginger ale (most have no caffeine and/or fewer cal.) drinks go great with all natural fruit juices.

Gatorade and similar drinks are great if you're active to the point of sweating and want something fast and easy.

Water, of course.

They have some pretty good flavored water now...comes in single bottles, just like soda.

Sobe had a great line for power drinks that are healther, to pull away from the soda.. Green tea isnt that bad.. Just remember as soda , juice has alot of sugar so remember to keep brushing..

Club soda with a little bit of cranberry juice and a twist of lemon or lime. No caffeine, but .... Also, there's that new Diet Coke PLUS that has vitimins in it.

Water is always the best thing for you.

If you'd like something with a little more flavor, try the waters that have different flavors to them, juice or even tea. All are sold in the little convenient stores everywhere in portable bottles.

Bottled iced teas or bottled water and add one of those packets of Crystal Light.

you don't need caffeine for an " on the go" lifestyle. i quit drinking soda 3.5years ago and switched to gatorade. i've been drinking it ever since and couldn't be healthier....cough, cough....

i think you would like tea. start it off sweet and then work your way down to not as sweet. it worked for me!

Try finding natural drinks with guarana in them. Guarana is a fruit from the Amazon who's seeds naturally contain caffeine. It's used in a lot of energy drinks but is popping up more frequently in other drinks, like juices. Vitamin Water's "Energy" flavor contains it.

try tea, or water

I moved to Carbinated flavor water but I also had to take asprin everyday two or three times a day for a week.. The headaches are major migranes when coming off caffenie

Gatorade, because it rehydrates you and replaces salts that you sweat out. You need the salt for brain activity and energy.

The reason that a lot of people like soda is because of its fizzy carbonation. Try drinking carbonated water and drinking green or black tea to replace coffee. To make up for caffiene lost due to not drinking soda, try caffiene pills. But be careful not to overdose. And switch to the new products gradually so you can get used to them.

Try coca tea, is very healthy and gives you a good buzz, you can drink it hot or cold

Flavored seltzer or flavored carbonated water is the perfect subsitute for soda. The tastes and textures are similar although plain water obviously is the best for you. But good luck cutting down!
