How does one play Beer Pong?
I saw another question posted about where to find beer pong balls, and I don't know the game. Please explain.

The game typically consists of two two-player teams, although it can also be played one on one, on each side of a table and 6 or 10 cups arranged in a triangle at either end. When a ball lands in a cup, the defending team must consume that cup's beer. The game is won by eliminating all the other team's cups before one's own cups are eliminated.

it's this tube joined to a funnel , your drinking buddies pour beer down the funnel and you guzzle the beer at the other end. You get really drunk that way
Coolio, I think you're thinking of a beer "bong" not beer pong. Beer pong is as described in the first answer.
The variation of the rules that I like is that the losers have to drink whatever is left of the winners' beer, not just chug the last of their own.
