Certainly. I live and work in the country and roadkill happens. Should I hit something myself -- which I hope I manage to avoid as much as I possibly can -- I certainly won't leave it to waste if it can be properly used for food still. And, given your question regarding deer, I have taken one I've come across at the side of the road to my butcher for him to judge whether it can still be butchered, and if it can, we take halves, he for his household and I for mine. If not in a fit condition, he is well placed to have it destroyed properly and it isn't left to fester at the roadside. Everybody happy. :-)

If the person who found the deer actually knew it was fresh and also understood how to butcher it properly, I would.
I love venison, but hate the idea of deer hunting. So, this might actually be the most comfortable way for me to enjoy it as long as I wasn't the one who hit the deer.

No I wouldn't eat anything that was killed on the road. I don't like venison road kill or otherwise.
as long as i killed it. that way you would be able to prevent bacteria growth by the meat being improperly stored. i wouldnt eat it if th blader busted or bile touched the meat. these fluids and others can spoil the meat. to answer your question, yes i would, just be very cautious.
No, I would not eat it if it was roadkill! C'mon, do u no how dirty those tires can be sometimes?
I would probably either buy it from the store or kill it myself. That way i know that it is not dirty and if it was, i would clean it.
