Pineapple upside down cake martini!!! They are fabulous.
One shot of each of the following:
Vanilla Vodka
Pineapple schnapps
Kahlua
Add some pineapple juice. I usually play with the amount of juice until I like it. Usually the equivalent of three shots.
Add one teaspoon of powdered sugar. Shake with ice. Serve in a martini glass with a cherry in the bottom. Yummy!!
