Answers:
how long has it been in the fridge? 2-3 days tops on a rotisserie chicken! please don't eat it after longer than that!

if you use chicken broth or a boullion cube w/water, you will not be adding a lot of fat or calories, because it shouldn't take much liquid. you won't want to use TOO much though because it will be a lot of salt, maybe just a few teaspoonsful for a serving for yourself. a whole can of chicken broth only has like 2 grams of fat, so this is not an unhealthy way to go.

depending on the chicken, i salt the inside pieces (especially the breast meat) because i don't eat the skin, and it seems a lot of the flavor is on the skin. so adding the sodium from broth or boullion should be fine. but i don't think that the sweetness from any kind of pop would really taste right...

i really don't think 7up would taste good...but i guess if you try that, let us know...

If it is rotisserie it has plenty of flavor so just soak the meat in a bit of warmish water for about a minute.

No clue about the other.

soak it in some chicken broth for 15 mins.

try ginger ale.
