Question: Expired Ham that has been cooked?

my mom made me scrambled eggs and ham
i checked the packet of the ham and it expired on the 14, today is the 17
what would happen if i ate it?
the ham smelled a little weird but not horrible...
the ham looks fine...

recook it well done should be then smell it then take a little taste
