I went to Arby's and got a french dip sandwhich...long story short...
What is that sauce it comes with and how do you make it?

its called "au jus" and basically its beef broth, you
can use the drippings from cooking the beef or
make some using buillion.
It's au jus....a reduction of beef broth. It means "with it's own juice"

Ideally, au jus is the juice from the bottom of the pan after the beef is roasted, skimmed of all its fat. In reality, it's usually doctored with some broth.
