Why is thai green chicken curry suitable for obese people?!

Question: Why is thai green chicken curry suitable for obese people?
Or people with coronary heart disease? We're doing a project at school about it. Any help at all would be great thanks :)

Answers:

Thai curries rely on coconut milk which contains coconut oil/fat, which is high in saturated fats, although lacking in cholesterol.

So, not so good for us, everything in moderation?

Indian curries can be made with veg oils, and if olive oil (NOT Extra virgin!!) and rape seed oil are mixed in a ratio of 1:1, one has a perfect ratio of omega 3 to omega 6.

I'm a chemist and a cook.

buy some fresh chicken dippers
