I'm not sure but, have had them in my deep freezer for close to a year and they where great. I have a vacuum sealer and use it for just about everything going into my freezer. You can look at something and see if it is freezer burned or frost bitten. It will be discolored. Fresh is the best but, I try not to waste.
when my kid acts up I usually just send her to time out.........
