Lemonade using Crystal Light mixes [2] and real lemon wedges. It will be simple, yet tasty!
I made a squash pizza. I sliced zuccini and yellow squash and chopped up green pepper and onion. I used a ready made pizza shell and covered it with prepared spaghetti sauce, layered squash and peppers and onions and heavy cheeze (both medium cheddar and mozzarella) and baked until golden brown. I tricked my kids into eating squash and they liked it!!

Root Beer Float Cupcakes
1 white cake mix
2 cans root beer
2 eggs
1lb hard root beer candy Crushed fine
1 box dried whip cream Like dream whip
mix cake, eggs and 1 can root beer Bake as directed on box.
Let cool. while they are cooling mix all the packs of whip cream as directed but use root beer instead of milk. Frost cupcakes. These taste just like root beer floats.
You can use orange soda instead of root beer and they taste like the orange dream cycles.
Easy Strawberry Shortcakes
Store bought pound cake
1 tub fresh strawberries
strawberry pie gel
1 cup sugar
1 large tub whip cream
Mix strawberries, gel and sugar set aside. Slice cake into 2inch pieces {you will need 2 slices for each serving}
place 1 slice on small plate place a couple spoons full of strawberry mixture on top. Top with second slice, then frost the whole thing with the whip cream.
