well it's not necessarily food, but if you take special vitamin that are rich in proteins, daily, that might help you out a bit. Plus some vitamins are made of organic compounds.

Fish especially Tuna. Just don't eat alot because of the Mercury scare.

Eggs have protein

eggs, Leafy greens.

beans are full of protein and most dark Green veggies are full of iron

Actually any 'leafy dark green vegetable' has more iron in it than any meat except liver (and we aren't supposed to eat that anymore, but I still do once in awhile) ... and for 'protein' you can mix 'beans and rice' (dried beans, that is) and drink some milk ... or if you are a 'vegan' you can just eat lots of beans and rice ... and you can also try the 'soy substitutes' for your 'meat course' since those are virtually 'the same' in 'pure vegetable form' ...

I don't know about iron, but beans have a lot of protein in them.

eggs, tuna, leafey greens, beans, vegtables, and fish

If you are asking because you are worried about not getting enough protein in your veggie diet I wanted to let you know that most people eat too much protein and as long as you eat a variety of foods you shouldn't have to worry about protein. Fruits and veggies are great and of course the basics like eggs and legumes.
