its a carbonated drink. they get rid of the non sugary taste by replacing it with carbonation

anyways diet pepsi is SOOO much better than diet coke

Because it has added stuff to make it diet. I have also been told that there is something in diet soda that causes cancer, not right away, you have to drink if a couple years for it to do anything
