Mayo, ketchup (or mix together to make pink sauce, it's really good), grated cheese, crushed potato chips, onions, quail eggs (one or two on each dog), bacon, .... the chips are a great addition!!

I like mine rather plain..mustard,onions and sometimes sauerkraut
Nothing can beat fresh pico de gallo. You know, the mixed finely chopped tomato, onions, serrano chiles and cilantro. I eat my hot dogs with spoonfuls of that and ketchup.

if you take onion rings that are small and put them around the whole dog and then put cole slaw and bbq sauce in the bun......it rules.
My grandmother cooks her hot dogs with broccoli then tops it with cheese sauce .But me personally I love onions and sauerkraut yummy!!!

When I was in NYC once, I had a dog with onions that were simmered in a tomato sauce with garlic. Excellent, and not "too wacky". Good luck with the biz!

If you have Chicago people in your area they will love you if you put this on your menu! Thats the only way people eat hot dogs where I come from.
You know you have plenty of transplanted New Yorkers around there, especially w/the military in such close proximity. Have a New York Dog available, with the famous onions in red sauce. Take a trip to the NYC and try one. Your business could only improve with this option on your menu. Just make sure Pink's in Hollywood, CA doesn't have any copyrights to that.
