HEALTHY!!!!!!!!!!

thats a ttly healthy snack! better than wat i eat.

That is a very good snack!

That all sounds healthy. Banana is fruit, skim milk is skim, and the K bar is a healthy snack itself.

i usually eat the special K bars that are 250 calories.. i believe it's also called a "meal bar"

Very healthy. Thanks for the tip. I'm sick of protein bars and fruit all of the time.

Yeah, its wonderfull..... and man, at 4 am i have only been asleep for about 4 hours... haha ha And the only workouty i get is for my fingers on yahoo answers.... but yes, its healthy

sure is

that is good!! if you get bored try low fat yogurt and granola mixed. It already has skim milk in it and you get granola. You can even substitute granola with sliced fruit mixed in the yogurt.

I heard bannana is not good if you are trying to loose weight.

=)

you could do better eat your veggies
and bananas are the most sugary and instant bars are sugar and chemicals, no?
how about some peanut butter ?
nuts ?
complex carbs..
and snacks should be varied like all diet..
best to get a starter book on nutiriton.

Aren't Special K Bars tasty?? Sounds like a good snack. For variety, try different fruits(apples have fiber). For a bit of protein, have a Tablespoon of peanut butter or 1oz. of cheese.
