I thought about making Chicken Kiev, but didn't want to invest that time, so I made Chicken Parmesan. With a twist!

stroganoff(noddles and meatballs)

We are having:

?Deep fried seafood [real fried, not cheap]
?Homemade french fries with a delicious tartar sauce
?Lemonade [I made that!]
?Ice cream for desert =]

I grilled some hotdogs, a chipotle ranch pasta salad and a fresh beet and vidalia onion salad. Not the healthiest, but it sure was quick to make! :)

Cheese tortellini with spinach, ground turkey and tomato basil sauce accompanied by crispy garlic toast. We have Fresca to drink, and European rice pudding for dessert!

I had spaghetti and and homemade meatballs, with homemade sauce. Made garlic bread too. Also had a huge green salad. I had made an apple pie and had it with chocolate ice cream.

I can't have much of anything right now due to acid reflux problems that are severe. But for me tonight I made rice and added cut up cooked chicken and took a tablespoon of Smucker's new Mango Jam and threw it together in the microwave. A sort of cheat rip off of a chinese dish.

drinking water

hamburgers made at home not from mcdonalds. I'm also making my own french fries.

Little Caesars pizza. $5 for a large one topping

fish (talapia)

I made a stir fry with Greg's Special sauce, Beef Tips, Red Peppers, Broccoli, baby corn, Water chestnuts, and rice.
Stir frys are quick and easy, and they can be tossed together with whatever ingredients you have on hand, meat and/or vegetable-wise. I served it with some rice. It was pretty good, but the Greg's Sauce was oily and better suited for marinating. I'd recommend using same ingredients, but add one of the Iron Chef brand of sauces instead.
