Is Dog Food safe to eat?!

Question:

Is Dog Food safe to eat?

just wondering

Answers:
Sadly enough, yes. It's contents are extreamly nutritious, and if it would kill you it would kill a dog. Should you do it without reason or cause, no. Though it does contain a lot of nutrition it also contains a lot of stuff the human body doesn't need and it could cause some digestive side effects (not permanant). Basicly if it came down to starving to death or eating dog food, I'd eat to dog food.

why would you even eat it and no because they could have a recall that will make you and your dog sick if you both eat so don't because it can make you REALLY sick!

There was a episode on "Good Times" when a lady ate dog food. Its an acquired taste

Read the ingredients. Has meat, cheese, salmon, and corn in it.
It is all pasturized and sealed in the same cans you get stew out of.
It is safe. There are many dogs out there that are worth more monetarily than many humans. So law-suits would be plentiful.

Yes

iif yur a dog yes but iif yur a human...i rele dnt kno

It won't kill you if that is what you mean. However dog and cat food is mostly made from cows, sheep, goats, fish, and pigs that fail the USDA or FDA testing for things like cancer etc and as such can't be sold to humans.
It is also made out of horse meat as well.
So even if it doesn't kill you it is not safe to eat.

Hang on, I'll ask Rover what he thinks.

I don't know. Why would you even want to eat it?

I have eaten it before without any noticable side effects, but I am not sure that is was good for me. Lol.

For dogs it is. Usually.
