I love eggs, you'll be hard pressed to find a more versitile ingredient, both in savory and sweet foods. Little known fact is that the one hundred folds in a toque (chef's hat) represent the one hundred different ways a properly trained French Chef knows how to cook an egg. And for those of you who have never tried free range, organic eggs, I suggest you do. They cost about 2-3 times as much but once you have had them it's very hard to go back to the flavorless crap on your grocery store shelves.

Eggs we eat are unfertilized, some of the sites that link to this are fertilized, and the ironic thing is in order to get the photos they did for this particular line of growth from egg to chick, they had to crack them open, thus killing the developing chick. Kinda missing their own point aren't they?
