How many milligrams per teaspoon?!

Question:

How many milligrams per teaspoon?

Answers:
That was an improper dosing method by the supplier. Teaspoons measurement uses Milliliters not Milligrams.

depends of the ingredient, some ingredients are heavier than others.

easy to find if you google it. you will get a better answer. But you can start with this. there are 23 grams in an ounce, three teaspoons in a tablespoon. I assume you know that a milligram is one one-thousandth of a gram, not one millionth. Good luck.

I once heard that your daily intake of sodium should not exceed 2700 mg.

At another time I heard that your daily intake of sodium should not exceed 3/4 tsp.

I don't know if I remember this correctly or if my sources were correct but I can not find anything else on this.
