Question:

What's the best way to cook steaks at home without a BBQ grill?

Answers:
OK, marinate those steaks, in Worcester sauce, a shake of that special seasoning, then after 1/2 hour,
throw it on the pan, on hi heat, to get the outside nice and yummy,
then throw it in the oven in a cast iron pan, (hot) on broil, or my way would be just 400 degrees, and turn twice.

warning: that cast iron pan will be freakin hot !!!! like first degree burns , be careful

A skillet with enough olive oil to cover the bottom. Or how about in the oven?

Use your broiler, and a good seasoning....MMMMMM

A well seasoned cast iron skillet, first. A broiler a distant second.

broiler pan or cast iron on the stove top...no oil, ew, the meat has it's own juices and fat to cook in.

just season it how you wish and cook.

get your steak and put seasoning.add lemon, lime,to give it a good flavor.so lets see seasoning lime,or lemon. tangarine also good to put it in but choose one.letting it sit there he whole da and cook the next day makes the steak delicious but cover it first.put the olive oil in the pan wait a while. start putting the steaks and every 4-5 minsyou turn it. while ooking slice a little so the seasoning goes in. frying it is good, even though bbq is great. hope this helps

Broil them in your broiler on your stove! It doesn`t take long so watch it close and make sure you turn your steak!

A frying pan, make me steak... OR ELSE

cast iron grill pan.

heat on top of the stove for 10 min over high heat, while broiler is heating.

slap steaks on grill pan and put under broiler until done to desired degree

season first with salt and pepper.

agree with baby.. except add a spash of red wine vinegar and the worcestershire... wont need nothing else.

The best way without a grill would be to cook it under the broiler in the over.

with the broiler in your oven

Try boiling them.
