omg i thought i was the only person who had that. im sick after eat some fruit and veggies i think its because you dont eat it very offten thats why it makes you ill

Then don't eat them. Just eat canned or frozen.

wow ok somethings wrong here. its either something in your body is thinking its a virus and you have to let it out or you think its fresh and theres a bacteria in it u have 2 go see the doctor for this.hope this helps.

Did you eat anything before you eat those fruits and veggies? There could be a few reasons for your vomiting.

1. some fruits contain high levels of citric acid (e.g. oranges, green apples), which will irritate your stomach (as it increases the stomach acidity), that causes nausea and gastric pain. When you eat fruits like these with an empty stomach, there is more acid in your stomach. You will feel sick.

2. Maybe the fruits and veggies are not clean enough. There are websites about pesticides and pollutants on the surface of fruits and veges. So make sure you clean them well. Soak it in water for half an hour before you eat it.

3. Some stomachs are just not made for veggies. Just like some people can't drink milk or eat dairy products. If you are a Westerner, this could be the problem. Asian diets are more fiber and carbohydrate based as compared to protein based diets in the West.

These are what i could think of for now. Hope it helped.

Get yourself a 16 oz. porterhouse 2 inches thick . . . cooked medium rare, baked potato w/ sour cream, chives and real bacon bits, saute'd mushrooms and au jus with a nice bottle of red wine.

Eat like a human ... not a rabbit. No wonder you are blowing chunks.

This is absolutely not right-you should see a doctor ASAP.
