Energy Drinks?!

Question:

Energy Drinks?

Which energy drinks are the worst for your health? What do eneregy drinks do in a negative way? How do they affect my health and body?

Answers:
Many have caffeine in them. That will increase your heart rate. Could be bad for you depending... They don't really give you energy. Food gives you energy in the form of calories.

all energy drinks are bad..try getting energy naturally from carbs..try energy bars and things like that..energy drinks are mostly sugar and fake energy

All energy drinks are bad, unless they're all natural. Some, like redbull who are full of caffine and sugar are VERY bad for your health, and it could cause all kinds of risks.

If you drink enough, you could go into over drive or whatever, and who knows, maybe get heart problems, and with all that sugar you may get diabeties(sp) or kidney failure(maybe not kidney failure)....not to mention sugar turns into fat.

all are bad to be honest

i know one called Cocaine is bad (its now banned from stores)
it didnt list ingredients or something. i think.

i dunno about the questions but i love full throttle and rockstar bye

They may raise your blood pressure if taken in huge amounts!

well i think energy drinks in general are bad for u... but i like to drink them and i do feel like they give me a little boost when im sluggish but im sure in the long run they will have a negative affect on ur body, im not sure how but i think if u drink them enough that they will

Red Bull

If your looking 4 one that gives you energy? u wont find a ******* one cuz they are bad 4 your health! TRUE FACT!!

I used to think energy drinks were good for you too, until I realized most of what a person is getting when they drink those things is carbonation, very high doses of caffeine, and high fructose corn syrup-- Not exactly the healthiest things to be consuming on a regular basis by any stretch of the imagination.

Here's something else you may not know about energy drinks. They're designed to make you fat, because they help bulk up bodybuilders and they were specifically designed for highly physically active people. However if you don't lift weights on a regular basis, then steer clear of these caloric time bombs (energy drinks)

I'm not saying you shouldn't drink them at all. Lord knows I love my occasional RockStar Energy Drink, but don't make a daily habit of it.

Drink fresh fruit and vegetable juices instead and take vitamins, eat lots of green stuff too (peppers, lettuce, broccoli, green tea, mint)

Hey it depends on which energy drink. Some are actually healthy for you. Such as XS. They taste great and have flavors like rootbeer, cola and fruitpunch. Check out this site and buy from here. This is where I buy mine.
