spam is better. vienna sausage is the last product made from an animal besides leather. Vienna sausage contains all the scraps and grinded bones of the animal. have a great breakfast!
this is gross, but i like the chicken sticks that Gerber baby food makes. i feed them to my son, and we both love them. they are way less in fat than those other items you mentioned too, but if i haaave to pick one, vienna.

I don't do canned meat regularly but SPAM makes an awesome fried rice! Veinna sausages kind of mush and are not very versatile, you can do it all with spam. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. lol
People actually eat the stuff inside? I like the crunchy metal shell...
