I need assistance in talking to a family in Rwanda?!

Question:

I need assistance in talking to a family in Rwanda?

Tonight a family of 6, The mother, an 18 year old boy, 17 year old, a 13 9 and 5 year old girls are stepping off an airplain into Grand Rapids MI. They are from a refugee camp in Rwolanda (French I believe) with nothing. They have no clothes, or any personal belongings. Our church is sponcering them and we got them a fully furnished house (temporary for 2 months) and all of the extras. They have "toasters, crock pots, can openers, dishwasher", and so on. They have never seen these things and don't know how to use them. I will be going in to teach them what to do, but they don't speak English and I don't speak French.

All lables for food like "rice, beans, tomatoes, flour, salt and pepper" will be in English.

Can someone please name the "item" and type the following message for me so I can introduce myself and we can relabel items?

"Hi My name is Gwynn, I am from Vineyard North Church, I am here to help you".
